Production Operative Location: Solihull Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:00 for three weeks, followed by one week 09:00 to 17:00, rotating on a set basis Hours per Week: 37.5 hours Pay Rate: £12.74 per hour Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting a Production Operative for their client based in Solihull. This is a long term Production Operative role with consistent working hours on a rotating shift pattern. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who want to build their career as a Production Operative in a supportive team. Production Operative Role Description: As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by operating machinery and ensuring product quality.
