Machine Operative Position Details:
- Location: Coventry (CV6)
- Shifts: Weekly rotating shifts (Monday to Friday)
- 06:00-14:00
- 14:00-22:00
- 22:00-06:00
- Salary: £14.76 per hour (£30,700.80 per annum) with overtime opportunities payable at a premium
Machine Operative Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation:
- Operate and monitor a variety of machinery, ensuring smooth production processes.
- Conduct basic machine maintenance, such as cleaning and minor adjustments.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report any breakdowns or malfunctions promptly.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform regular checks for defects, inconsistencies, or damage in manufactured goods.
- Accurately complete quality control documentation.
- Prepare products for despatch, including wrapping, labelling, and packing.
- Ensure goods are packed securely to minimise damage during transit.
- Keep accurate records of despatched goods.

Requirements as a Machine Operative:
