Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Kenilworth, CV8. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis, with the genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an important part of the warehouse team, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Your duties will include:

  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Preparing goods for dispatch
  • Checking orders for accuracy
  • General warehouse duties
  • Moving and handling stock around the warehouse
  • Manual handling and lifting goods of up to 25kg
  • Working as part of a small team
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Experience in picking and packing
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to carry out manual handling and lift goods up to 25kg
  • A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • The ability to work well as part of a small team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A good understanding of health and safety within a warehouse environment
