Position: IT TechnicianLocation: Broughton Astley (LE9)Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)Salary: Negotiable Based on Experience Contract Type: PermanentEmpowered Personnel is currently recruiting a highly motivated and experienced IT Technician. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility and wants to play a pivotal part in building our clients IT framework.IT Technician Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular physical and maintenance checks• Configure devices, including desktops, laptops, and virtual machines• Log in remotely to resolve technical issues• Maintain server and desktop operating systems• Perform daily system health checks• Troubleshoot and support end users with hardware, software, and network issues• Serve as the first point of contact for desktop and telephone faults• Complete installations and IT equipment setup/dismantling• Monitor and maintain warehouse integration modules• Travel between office and warehouse locations to fix and improve IT systemsIT Technician Executive Key Requirements:• Strong aptitude for IT with solid problem-solving and time management abilities• Excellent communication and teamwork skills• Experience with Microsoft systems, VPNs and VoIP, Wi-Fi networks, Hardware/software installation and support, 3rd party application troubleshooting.• Freight, warehousing, or logistics IT experience is beneficial but not essentialWhat Our Client Offers:• A stable, full-time position with consistent working hours• Opportunities to grow and develop within international logistics• A collaborative and respectful working environment• A varied and responsible role with long-term career prospectsFor further information please call Empowered Personnel on or email your cv to
