Empowered Personnel is recruiting an Inventory Controller to join a fast growing e-commerce fulfilment business. This role is based in a warehouse environment so you must be comfortable performing general warehouse duties in addition to Inventory Controller responsibilities.

- Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00β17:00, flexible to work Saturdays as required

Role Overview
As an Inventory Controller you will handle stock checks, manage system accuracy in the Warehouse Management System, oversee inbound goods and support the team within a busy warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc stock checks as an Inventory Controller
- Maintain and update the Warehouse Management System
- Complete stock audits and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee inbound deliveries and accuracy checks
- Support warehouse organisation and stock placement
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed
Key Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management or a similar warehouse/stock control role
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate stock counts
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-organised and confident communicator
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
- Physically fit and happy to perform general warehouse duties
