Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00

Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a thriving and expanding company based at their warehouse in Hinckley. This is a hands-on, varied Goods In / Goods Out FLT role that involves operating an FLT C/B Truck to unload trailers, move pallets into designated locations and support general warehouse duties. When not on the FLT, you will be required to order pick, scan and print labels, and assist with general despatch duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unloading deliveries and moving stock using FLT equipment
- Receiving goods and checking for damage or shortages
- Order picking and packing items for customer orders
- Loading goods safely for dispatch
- Carrying out local deliveries using the company van
- Stock control using handheld scanners and internal systems
- Maintaining accurate records and paperwork
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and health & safety compliant
Candidate Requirements:
- Externally accredited FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential)
- Positive attitude, reliable, and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety
- Able to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment
