Empowered Personnel are recruiting 2 x FLT Counterbalance and Reach Drivers for a well-established and growing client based in Crick. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable, long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.
Key Details:
- Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
- Contract: 12-week temp-to-perm
- Location: Crick
- Start Date: Immediate
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm
Available Roles:
- Role 1: 95% FLT work / 5% warehouse duties
- Role 2: 50% FLT work / 50% warehouse duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading lorries using Counterbalance trucks
- Putting stock away using Reach trucks
- Moving stock and pallets throughout the yard and warehouse
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Manual handling and heavy lifting
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences
- Minimum 6 months experience on reach and counterbalance trucks
- Physically fit due to the manual handling and heavy lifting involved
- Good timekeeping and ability to work as part of a team
