Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Sign Fitter to join a growing and well-established signage installation team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Lead Sign Fitter looking for long-term, stable work with nationwide projects.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: £46,000 per annum
- Overtime: Time and a half after 8 hours per day
- Night work: All night contracts paid at time and a half
- Company van, fuel card, iPad, mobile phone and all tools provided
- Accommodation and meal allowance paid when working away
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage on-site signage installations as the Lead Sign Fitter and main point of contact
- Install a wide range of signage, including:
- Flexface signage
- Totem signs
- Built-up letters
- Illuminated and non-illuminated signage
- Wayfinding and internal signage
- Hoardings and large-format graphics
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Lead Sign Fitter or Senior Signage Fitter
- Hands-on experience installing all types of internal and external signage
- Strong knowledge of signage materials, fixings and installation methods
- Confident working at height and managing complex installations
- Ability to lead teams and work independently on site
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points, aged 25+ for insurance purposes)
- CSCS Card
- Essential IPAF
- Essential PASMA
