Position Overview
Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting Production Operatives for their client based in Coventry, CV2. This role involves manual handling, quality inspection and packing duties.
Shift Options and Pay Rates
- Morning Shift: Monday to Friday | 06:00 – 14:00 | £12.71 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday | 14:00 – 22:00 | £12.71 per hour
- Night Shift: Monday to Friday | 22:00 – 06:00 | £14.59 per hour
Core Responsibilities
- Tooling and Loading: Correctly loading components and jigs onto production machinery.
- Component Removal: Safely unloading processed items from the tooling area.
- Quality Control: Conducting routine visual inspections to identify defects or errors.
- Packaging: Ensuring finished products are packed according to specifications and prepared for dispatch.
- Site Safety: Adhering to all standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or factory environment is preferred.
- Comfortable with completing repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
