Assembly Operative Location: Coventry Salary: £18.27 per hour (£39,000 per annum once permanent) Contract Type: 12-Week Temp to Perm Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Empowered Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing company based in Coventry. This is a physically demanding and varied role, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. Working as part of a small production team, you will play a key role in the assembly, finishing and preparation of bespoke products, whilst maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Skills and Experience Required • Previous experience working as an Assembly Operative within a manufacturing or assembly environment is essential.
