The Opportunity: As a Remote Business Coach, you’ll work independently, leading journeys that spark transformation, while also benefiting from the resources, mentorship, and support of a global team. Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor clients to achieve personal, professional, and business transformation.
- Leverage digital platforms to expand your client base (training and systems provided).
- Interview and qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our programs and set them up for success.
- Coach and support clients as they integrate personal development tools into their daily lives.
- Accompany clients to set clear goals, track progress, and celebrate achievements.
- Draw from your personal growth journey to deepen connection and inspire breakthroughs.
- Collaborate with a global coaching team while maintaining autonomy in your practice.
- Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented community where knowledge and insights are shared.
Core Coaching Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of coaching experience (business, leadership, or personal development coaching preferred).
- Strong facilitation, listening, and questioning skills to empower client breakthroughs.
- Experience guiding clients through goal-setting, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Understanding of personal development principles and transformational methodologies.
