The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Coach, you’ll guide clients through their personal and professional journeys, ensuring they are fully supported, engaged, and achieving results with our programs. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your coaching style while being backed by proven frameworks, global resources, and an organisation of like-minded professionals.

This role is designed for coaches who want to practice their craft, draw from their personal growth journey, and create measurable success stories with their clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Interview and qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our programs and set them up for success.
  • Leverage digital platforms to expand your reach (training and systems provided).
  • Help clients set clear goals, track progress, and celebrate achievements.
  • Coach and mentor clients to achieve personal, professional, and business transformation.
  • Consuct sessions that combine proven methods with your own authentic coaching approach.
  • Participate in weekly professional development and training sessions via Zoom.
  • Build meaningful client relationships, fostering trust, accountability, and long-term success.
  • Draw from your personal growth journey to deepen connection and inspire breakthroughs.
  • Contribute to a supportive team, growth oriented organisation, sharing insights and best practices.

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years of coaching experience (business, leadership, or personal development coaching preferred).
  • Strong facilitation, listening, and questioning skills to empower client breakthroughs.
  • Experience guiding clients through goal-setting, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Living proof of personal development principles and transformational methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
  • Solution-focused, resilient, and inspired by helping others succeed.

Requirements

  • ICF Coaching certification or another international known certification body or relevant business/leadership experience.
  • A laptop or computer with a reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work sccuesfully autonomus.
  • Eligibility to work in the country of residence.
