As a Senior Product Manager on our Investment Products team, you will create an experience that redefines what consumers expect in financial services, launching new and enhancing existing investment products that give consumers the confidence and trust to achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals. This talented individual has a strong track record in product management and brings creativity and humility, product sense and analytical skill, leadership, and the ability to collaborate.

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining a product strategy that identifies opportunities that will have the biggest consumer impact, helping our end customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Owning the product roadmap, including both significant short and long-term opportunities for your product and in the context of the broader organizational strategy and goals.
  • Obsessing about the product design, partnering closely with designers to constantly look for opportunities to simplify and deliver a better experience.
  • Leveraging customer research, usability testing, and market research in your strategy to improve likelihood of success and user satisfaction.
  • Partnering closely with engineering and design to increase team velocity, cohesiveness, and productivity.
  • Defining, analyzing, and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Driving decision making through customer insights, agile methods to validate hypotheses, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Executing at a fast pace with a focus on customer outcomes, the user experience, and learning with limited oversight.

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of experience leading major (digital) direct-to-consumer products and working collaboratively with engineering, design, and research teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, storytelling, and organizational skills that instill confidence in senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and peers.
  • Relentless follow through and commitment to do the right thing and do what you say.
  • Detail and design oriented; the details really matter to you.
  • Passionate about tackling complicated and impactful customer and business problems.
  • Critical, analytical thinker and comfortable analyzing data and pulling out key insights.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.

  • Proven track record of navigating through the full product life cycle, integrating customer feedback in requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Experience in the fintech industry with demonstrable knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Experience with aggregation and aggregation service providers.

Base Salary Range: £114,000 - £165,300. The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
