We are working with a well-established FMCG manufacturer in Cumbernauld who are looking to add an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to their site team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where reliability and responsiveness are critical. If you enjoy fault finding under pressure and keeping production moving, you'll fit right in.

The Role:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all production and packaging machinery
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime
  • Work with PLC systems for fault finding (modifications a bonus, not essential)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to keep operations running smoothly

What You'll Need:

  • Time-served Electrical Engineer (or equivalent qualification)
  • Strong fault-finding ability within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in FMCG or other fast-paced production settings
  • Knowledge of PLCs (fault finding essential)
  • Ability to work a continental shift pattern (days and nights)
