You’ll be taking full responsibility for a food manufacturing site, leading production, engineering, and hygiene teams to deliver consistently high standards across safety, quality, and output.

- Leading day-to-day factory operations across production, engineering, and hygiene
- Driving performance against KPIs including OEE, waste, downtime, and labour efficiency
- Embedding a strong food safety and quality culture (HACCP, BRC, GMP)
- Managing and developing team - raising the bar on accountability
- Working closely with technical and planning teams to ensure smooth, efficient production
- Identifying and delivering continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Taking ownership of budgets, staffing, and overall operational performance
