Salary: £38161.78 (plus on-call rota and sleep-ins)

Reporting to: Children’s Home Manager

You will be leading shifts, supporting staff, and working closely with the Registered Manager keeping everything running smoothly and in line with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.

Requirements

Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or equivalent (Required) NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management is preferred, or a willingness to work towards this. (Desirable) Experience in children’s residential care A full driving licence.
