Salary: £27,000

About the Role

We have an exciting new opportunity due to career growth, for an individual looking to join our HR Team in a fast-paced environment supporting a wide range of HR responsibilities and activities. As a HR Coordinator, you will play an essential role supporting the employee lifecycle, helping foster a positive workplace culture, maintaining accurate records and compliance in line with company policies and procedures, and employment legislation. This role is perfect for someone looking to shape a career in HR and learn a wide and diverse range of skills and knowledge with a wealth of professional development opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle from candidate application, onboarding, supporting probation reviews, contracts and changes up to offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents.
  • Support the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and conversing with candidates and future employees.
  • Support with Monthly reports.
  • Support and coordinate internal and external training as well as CPD initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance in line with company policies and procedures, employment legislation and GDPR.
  • Assist with HR projects.

Requirements

Essential

  • Previous experience in a HR administrative or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Confident in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in HRIS systems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

  • CIPD Level 3 or willingness to work towards.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations processes.
