Join Our Team – Residential Support Worker

  • Location: Somerset, England
  • Full-Time | Permanent | 2 Days On, 4 Days Off (48-Hour Shifts with Sleep-ins)
  • £31, – £33, per year (Based on an average of 162 hours per month and inclusive of 10 sleep-ins)

We provide high-quality care in our modern, luxurious solo and dual occupancy homes for children and young people under 18. Our homes are based across Somerset and supported by our friendly head office and training hub at Prockters Farm, West Monkton, Taunton.

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll:

Support young people to feel safe, cared for, and inspired

Help build independence, confidence, and life skills

Encourage access to education, activities, and hobbies

Be a role model and positive influence

Create lasting memories through fun, play, and family-style experiences.

Salary Information

£31, incl. sleep-ins (£ + £50 per sleep-in) – without NVQ Level 3/4

£33, incl. sleep-ins (£ + £50 per sleep-in) – with NVQ Level 3/4

(Based on an average of 162 hours per month and inclusive of 10 sleep-ins)

Please note:

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check (child & adult workforce, barred list).

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
