Registered Manager
to lead our established domiciliary care service. We provide excellent quality, personalised home care to older people, adults, people with learning or physical disabilities, those living with dementia, and people requiring
end-of-life care
enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), members of the United Kingdom Homecare Association (UKHCA), and our training is accredited by the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM). As Registered Manager you will hold overall responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant delivery of our home care service. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the CQC Registered Manager and ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and Fundamental Standards Leading the day-to-day operations of the service, including quality assurance, governance, safeguarding and audit systems Recruiting, training, supervising and developing a team of Care Workers and office staff Overseeing client assessments, person-centred care planning and regular reviews Matching Care Workers to clients based on needs, culture, language and location for consistency of care Building strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, commissioners and healthcare professionals Driving service growth, maintaining high occupanc...
