Description: Consilium Contracting Services Ltd are an extremely fast paced 24/7 Multi-Trade contracting company, this role being based in Edinburgh, you will cover on a mobile basis East, Central and Borders but not limited to that. They operate mostly in the public sector for Housing Associations / Councils on a Multi-Trade approach managing their Social Housing stock, they also operate in private domestic homes. As a 24/7 Reactive Repairs, Maintenance & Refurb company we deliver more than 2,500 Multi-Trade jobs each month all on a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) ranging from small type repairs to larger works known as Voids.
They are looking for a Reactive Repairs Maintenance Joiner to join their team. Ideally the individual will be familiar with Housing Associations / Councils and be a team player. The candidate must be able to undertake a variety of differing repair and installation jobs, and the following are but an example of this expectation:
- Reactive Joinery maintenance
- Planned Joinery maintenance
- General multi-trade repairs
- Locks/Ironmongery repairs
