Duties:
- Managing small teams of operatives completing concrete repairs on multi storey high rise buildings.
- Coordinating daily activities & monitoring progress.
- Maintaining daily reporting & diaries.
- Managing repair logs.
- Managing plant, small tools & materials.
- Encourage safe working practices.
Job Related Competencies:
- CSCS card.
- SSSTS card.
- Computer literate.
- Demonstrate and maintain effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Ability to follow the company management systems.
Key Relationships: working closely with Project Manager & Contract Manager.
Rate of Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour.
