Paul Kingham Lettings is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and confident Senior Lettings Administrator to join their busy lettings and property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and administrative skills.

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Lettings Director
- Manage diaries, tasks, and operational systems efficiently
- Raise, monitor, and follow up contractor work orders

- Handle landlord/tenant correspondence, post, and filing
- Manage office keys, viewing arrangements, and records
- Assist with property portal enquiries and viewing bookings
