The position is ideal for an individual who enjoys a diverse and challenging role, with responsibility for running and managing the circuit. You will be an enthusiastic and flexible team player, supporting the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of a 7‑day operational business.
Key success criteria for this role include:
- Assist the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of a 7‑day operational business.
- Be directly responsible for the operation of the venue in the absence of the General Manager.
- Ensure the venue is operational in a timely manner while providing first‑class customer care and safety.
- Monitor the circuit, correctly issue signals to drivers, and relay information to all staff.
- Control race events safely.
- Be fully conversant with, and abide by, the rules, regulations and procedures.
