At Britannia Onsite Concrete, we are a leading independent supplier of BSI-certified ready-mix and mix-on-site concrete, serving commercial, civil engineering, infrastructure and construction projects across the Midlands and beyond. With over 15 years of industry experience, we have built our reputation on quality, reliability, safety and service. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious Commercial Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales function and play a key role in driving the next stage of our growth. This is a hands-on leadership position within a small but ambitious team.

We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and implement a proactive sales strategy that delivers measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • To price, cross promote and quote work in accordance with the territory plan and commercial strategy.
  • Identify, manage and track all opportunities within a geographic margin centre in line with the territory plan.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and influencers and update all information accurately in the CRM database.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Managing and developing key customer accounts.
  • Filter and organise leads, chase information and keep project registers updated.
