They are entering a new phase of strategic growth and transformation and they are looking for a forward-thinking Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead their financial strategy.
THE ROLE
As CFO, you will sit at the heart of their leadership team, working directly with the CEO and other senior stakeholders. You will take full ownership of Daytonas financial operations, strategy, forecasting, and controls ensuring that we achieve sustainable growth and hit ambitious EBITDA targets across the Group.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Lead all aspects of cashflow management, stock control and financial forecasting
- Provide robust insights to support strategic decision-making and growth
- Own risk management, funding strategies and M&A due diligence
- Deliver cost-saving initiatives and margin improvement across the group
