Salary £28,500 plus bonuses

Full Time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Location: Rooksbridge, North Somerset

We are a fast growing new media business and are delighted to be recruiting a new member to our team to assist in the growth and continued success.

Main Duties:

  • Prospective customer demonstrations - remote
  • Existing customer demonstrations - remote
  • Sales order processing
  • Managing leads - tracking and generation
  • Customer service and support
  • Diary management
  • Marketing support
  • Process and procedures upkeep and management
  • Answer incoming calls and manage as appropriate
  • Internal/External communication updates as required
  • Occasional attendance of UK based tradeshow
  • General office duties as required and are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job

Knowledge and Skills Essential:

  • Previous customer facing or sales experience (including retail and/or hospitality sectors)
  • Can use standard office computer applications - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Be able to complete some routine and non-routine tasks in an office environment
  • Be able to plan and organise both familiar and new tasks
