Working Site Supervisor Kirkcaldy Our Client are seeking for a competent site supervisor, SSSTS or SMSTS qualified to work on a faade repair, external painting project either on a contract or PAYE basis.
The works include the overcoating of an 18 story building from cradle access systems so the ideal candidate will ideally have a head for heights.
Reporting to our Contracts Manager you will manage a small site based team, experience of managing up to 6 operatives is essential.
The role will also include operative and visitor inductions, ensuring operatives are signed onto RAMS, tool box talks as necessary, coordinating cradle moves with our internal cradle access division, filing of weekly paperwork including labour, plant and material returns to the office.
All necessary training and safety equipment will be provided for working on the cradle systems.
Rate £18- £21/h depending on experience.
