Job Description
It is essential you and have experience in Maintenance & Reactive Plumbing.You will travel throughout the Borders region, based in the West of Scotland. The role will consist of, but not restricted to:> Social Housing: Void Property upgrades (namely plumbing only works - but you will be asked to assist ither trades from time to time), Reactive Plumbing Repairs, Plumbing upgrades and Installations to homes and respite/care facilities.> All type plumbing works must be undertaken to Bathroom, Kitchen Refurbs, Ensuite Upgrades, Medical Adaptations / General Plumbing Installations (WCs/Baths etc).Please note: You will be required at times "To get the job over the line" and not leave a customer without essential needs. There is an ON-CALL Rota (approximately 1 in 4) for this role, remunerated accordingly.****We ask that you work your 8 hours per day in full, you are and will be monitored for start and finish times.
