Our client, Marlowe, is looking for an experienced Multi Trader with a background in bathroom installations and level access shower adaptations (wet rooms) to join their growing team.

Typical Day-to-Day Activities
- Strip outs: Isolating hot and cold feeds, removing existing baths, tiles, and flooring
- First fix plumbing: Routing existing pipework out of the wet area and installing new cold feeds to showers
- Making good walls for tiling: Dry lining or bonding walls
- Studwork: Building stud walls where required to house pipework and electrics
- Fitting Tuff Form trays: Cutting out floorboards to facilitate installation of Tuff Form trays, gravity waste runs, and connections
- Preparing subfloors: Laying 6mm plywood overlay to remaining floor areas
- Wall tiling: Approximately 10m of tiling within wet areas plus splashback tiling to basins (average tile size 250mm x 250mm)
- Removing and refitting existing WCs to facilitate installation of new safety flooring
- Second fix plumbing: Installing new basins, semi-pedestals, and showers
- Installing standard 750mm wet room screens
- Fitting grab rails: Communicating with clients to determine the best positioning
- Cleaning and sealing completed works
