Location: Office-based (Coventry - CV6)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
Salary: £29,000 to £33,000
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls and booking jobs into engineers diaries
- Double-checking and ordering parts when required
- Managing queries and acting as a point of escalation for the team
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring prompt resolution
- Following up quotations and customer enquiries
- Identifying and pursuing additional sales opportunities
- Leading the engineering team and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
- Liaising with customers professionally and representing the company positively at all times
- Ensuring all invoicing is completed promptly and accurately
- Ensuring the planning and management tool (Tryoup) is used effectively
- Managing emails, communications, and other CRM systems
- Supporting the company’s network business within the Philippines by providing advice and assisting with parts checking
- Participating in the on-call rota
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Good basic education
- Proven experience supervising or leading a team
- Ability to prioritise workload and balance the differing requirements of multiple parties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good keyboard skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic HR knowledge
- Flexible approach to working arrangements and business needs
