The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager (minimum 5 years in a restaurant environment) to support the General Manager in leading a high-performing operation. You will:
- Ensure exceptional food, drink, and service standards
- Support smooth day-to-day operations
- Drive team performance and profitability
- Lead by example and uphold Devour’s culture
- Coach, train, and develop the team
