A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious individual to train and forge a successful career as a junior sales consultant in the bathroom industry by joining our dynamic, passionate and successful team at our Essex Showroom.
The overall purpose of the role is to shadow and support a designated senior sales consultant to convert prospect leads into actual sales while providing exceptional customer service to contribute to the financial success and growth of the company.
Full design and sales training will be provided through group and personal one-on-one sessions, covering internal processes, technical elements and product knowledge.
The role is based in Frinton-On-Sea CO13.
Position: Junior Sales Consultant
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience. Permanent, full-time position. 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays. Pension. Monday-Friday and 2 Saturdays a Month. 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday-Friday with a 45 min lunch break. 8.00am - 1.00pm Saturday.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- You will be required to shadow a senior sales consultant to assist with the following:
- Project manage orders from inception to completion.
- Meeting and greeting potential clients in the showroom.
Main Requirements:
- Bathroom sales experience (Preferred but not essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- This is a junior position with career progression available for high achievers.
