Ocean Fish Group Limited is looking for someone from the Brixham area who will be responsible for managing and loading fish bought from Brixham fish market onto a truck and then bringing it to their factory in Roche, with occasional deliveries to customers on route back to Brixham.
Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday)
The position of Loader/HGV Driver involves:
- Loading/unloading of vehicle
- Collecting/Delivering fish on route to and from Brixham
- Dealing with customers face to face
- Keeping in regular contact with the transport team & site management for updates on progress and managing our customers' expectations
- Ensuring truck is clean and tidy
Personal Attributes for HGV Drivers:
- Must have a UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence
- Hold a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card
- Working to deadlines
- Confident, polite and a team player
- Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Attention to detail to ensure all fish is collected/delivered accurately and in good time
