Olive Catering at Ellesmere (Shropshire) is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team on site. Working hours are 7am-3.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of £31,000 per annum. You will contribute to high standards of food preparation and service in a supportive team environment.
You will assist with menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering and stock control, and help ensure the smooth running of the contract, even during sickness or holidays.
