Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on Social Housing R&M/Voids frameworks and deliver ad-hoc projects.
- Ensure all frameworks and ad-hoc projects adhere to required standards of health and safety, quality, and commercial performance.
- Effectively manage customer relationships and maintain required KPIs on all frameworks.
- Manage financial budget for each framework/ad-hoc project.
- Maintain expected sales budget for each framework monthly.
- Build on existing relationships and identify opportunities for additional work streams and projects.
- Manage the workforce, solve problems, and maintain a productive and positive team environment on site.
Job Location: Head office in Paisley, regional office in Dunfermline. Service clients throughout Edinburgh, Fife, and at times within the Borders. Travel to West/Central areas of Scotland may be required.
A valid driving license and DVLA check are required.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (OTE)
