We require a Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis. The first project will be based in the Wiltshire area. The project is to repair a culvert, concrete repair, kerbing and some paving. Candidates that are interested in this role must be able to travel and stay away throughout the week.

This is a full-time site-based role for a Foreman who will lead on-site construction teams, supervising daily operations, subcontractors, and plant machinery to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the bridge between management and operatives, focusing on quality control, adherence to technical drawings, and rigorous health and safety compliance (RAMS).
