What You’ll Be Doing
You'll be part of a high-energy field sales team representing national brands in busy retail environments—delivering value through personal, engaging conversations.
Your role includes:
• Face-to-face customer interaction: Building rapport, understanding needs, and tailoring solutions in real-time.
• Leading from the front: Setting the bar with high standards and positive energy.
• Mentoring and motivating: Supporting new team members with training and mindset development.
• Campaign execution: Ensuring retail promotions run smoothly and professionally.
