What you'll do
- Greet members and guests and give tours that make people excited to join
- Answer the phone and call back leads fast (we get a lot of them)
- Sign up new members and help current ones with their accounts
- Keep the front desk and club looking sharp
Who we want
- Outgoing, upbeat and comfortable talking to anyone
- Any customer-facing experience helps: retail, restaurants, call centers, gyms
- Reliable, with afternoon, evening or weekend availability
- Gym experience is a bonus, not a must. We'll train you.
Pay
- $14/hour + commission on every membership you sell
- Free gym membership
- Paid training, plus a path into personal training or management
