Emponics is expanding its commercial team from Maidstone Kent. The Quantity Surveyor will tender, estimate and measure costs across public, residential and educational sectors, liaising with direct labour and clients.
You will build strong client and supplier relationships, manage cost value reconciliations, and support contract planning with productivity targets. A background in painting/decorating or social housing is a plus, with experience in tendering and refurbishments.
