Emponics invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor to oversee Capital works contracts from its Bristol Emersons Green base, covering Cheltenham and the South Cotswolds. You will tender, estimate, and measure on-site, manage budgets, and work with Contracts Manager to drive value and mitigate risks.
You will regularly visit sites, handle procurement and debtor responsibilities using COINS, and prepare monthly valuations while contributing to client and supplier relations.
