Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers.
- Attend customer sites as required to troubleshoot and resolve problems or issues, and carry out scheduled maintenance.
- Manage incoming incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
- Keep customers updated on their cases in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Escalate high-priority matters to Management when required.
- Review daily priorities and take the necessary action to achieve results.
- Monitor the integrity and status of customer sites, including usage, revisions, views and reporting, while ensuring customer business requirements are maintained to the highest standard.
- Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
- Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
- Manage high-priority incidents both on-site and off-site.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year depending on experience.
40 days paid holiday annually.
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with experience in:
- Configuring and implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory)
- Intune and RMM and Telephone platform experience
- Network Infrastructure maintenance and installations (Routers, Switches, AP’s, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, VLAN’s)
- Ability to proactively support and collaborate with service providers.
- Follow industry best practices processes.
- Azure administration and implementations
- Good understanding and knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac
- Familiar with different client builds/imaging.
- Strong customer support, written and verbal communication, and be a team player.
- Ability to problem-solve independently.
