We are seeking experienced cleaners to undertake end‑of‑tenancy work in residential properties across Chichester, Crawley, Worthing, Brighton and Bristol. The role involves working in empty homes after tenants have moved out, ensuring each property is fully ready for new occupants.
Responsibilities
- Clean vacant residential properties, including kitchens, appliances, and ovens.
- Clean bathrooms, removing limescale and mould.
- Clean floors, skirting boards, doors and windows.
- Ensure all areas are prepared and presentable for new tenants.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant cleaning experience.
- Preferable if self‑employed.
- Own cleaning tools and products.
- Own transport required.
- Good English communication skills.
Pay & Hours: £15 per hour, 4–8 hour jobs Monday–Friday, with optional weekend work.
