A growing property services provider is seeking experienced Move-Out Cleaners to assist with residential property handovers. This role focuses on cleaning homes after tenants have left, ensuring they are ready for inspection and new occupancy.
Duties include:
- Cleaning vacant homes
- Kitchens, ovens, and all internal surfaces
- Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal
- Cleaning doors, windows, skirting boards, and flooring
- Preparing properties for handover standards
This position is best suited to cleaners with at least 2 years of relevant experience who are confident working independently. You’ll need your own cleaning equipment, transport, and the ability to communicate clearly in English when required on site.
Work is offered on weekdays and usually comes in short 4–8 hour bookings depending on the property. Occasional weekend work may be available. The pay is £15 per hour.
