End of Lease Cleaner

A residential property maintenance company is currently recruiting experienced End of Lease Cleaners to assist with end-of-tenancy property preparation.

This role focuses on restoring empty properties to a clean and presentable condition before new tenants move in.

Duties include:

• Full cleaning of unoccupied homes

• Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and surfaces

• Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal

• Cleaning windows, skirting boards, flooring, and doors

• Preparing properties for landlord and agency inspections

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience

• Ability to complete jobs independently

• Own cleaning products and equipment required

• Reliable vehicle or transport access

• Very good English communication skills

Additional Information:

• Mostly weekday work

• Bookings generally last 4–8 hours

• Weekend jobs may occasionally be available

• Pay: £15 per hour
