About the Role
Housekeeper – Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week). Reporting to the Head Housekeeper. The role delivers outstanding guest service through timely, efficient and meticulous housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order of guest rooms and public areas.
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks according to hotel standards.
- Provide timely, knowledgeable, and exceptional service to guests.
- Manage housekeeping schedule and inventory.
- Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping team and other hotel departments.

- Previous customer‑facing experience preferred; no experience is acceptable with training provided.
