Overview
A residential property maintenance company is currently recruiting experienced Property Deep Cleaners to assist with end‑of‑tenancy property preparation. This role focuses on restoring empty properties to a clean and presentable condition before new tenants move in.
Responsibilities
- Full cleaning of unoccupied homes
- Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and surfaces
- Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal
- Cleaning windows, skirting boards, flooring, and doors
- Preparing properties for landlord and agency inspections
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience
- Ability to complete jobs independently
- Own cleaning products and equipment required
- Reliable vehicle or transport access
- Very good English communication skills
Additional Information
- Mostly weekday work
- Bookings generally last 4–8 hours
- Weekend jobs may occasionally be available
- Pay: £15 per hour
