The RoleRains is looking for a Store Manager with a great personality to lead a talented and ambitious team of retailers in our store existing team in our store, located at 203 Ingram St, Glasgow G1 1DQ, Storbritannien, G1 1DQ.
The position is full-time.
Key Responsibilities- Taking care of the daily operations of the store, including employment matters.
- Integrating new seasonal collections within the store, making sure staff are educated about the newest collections.
- Showing passion and excitement for the brand and products through storytelling and engaging communication skills.
- Converting walk-in traffic to buying customers and ultimately brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement, and desire for the product and brand.
- Upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with Rains visual standards
- Being a team player and partner with fellow colleagues. Fostering open and constructive colleague dialogue to ensure a consistently exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Fostering productive communication with Rains HQ, regarding the store\'s fulfillment of internal requirements.
- Experience in a leadership role from former employment. Experience in either retail, sales, or service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Able to build long-lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Accuracy and attention to detail defines your work, as well as being a team-focused leader with a desire to collaborate effectively with the entire team.
- Able to work in a fastmoving and dynamic environment, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Motivated by learning as a part of becoming an integrated part of a dynamic business.
- Flexible and able to adapt to different customers, as well as being able to work with a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business. This includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
