About the Role
As a Freight Forwarder Reefer Specialist, you will be part of the full journey for temperature-controlled shipments – from planning and documentation to coordination, follow-up and customer dialogue. You will help ensure that every shipment is handled with care, precision and a strong service mindset, while also contributing to commercial growth and long-term customer relationships.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end movement of reefer cargo, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including customs paperwork and invoices, with high attention to detail.
- Work closely with customers, vendors and colleagues across the Blue Water network to keep information flowing and shipments moving.
- Monitor and track shipments, acting quickly and professionally if challenges arise.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments to support quality, compliance and customer service.
- Handle time-sensitive tasks with flexibility, ownership and a solution-oriented mindset.

- Brings at least 3 years of experience from freight forwarding or logistics.
