For Companies Production Shift Manager – Food Manufacturing
Newly created opportunity to oversee manufacturing operations on evening shift. This pivotal role involves managing production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met consistently. Working in a highly automated plant and overseeing 6-8 shift operatives you will have the following responsibilities:
The Role:
Ensure production meets food safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Resolve issues quickly to minimise downtime.
Train and support team members in safety, hygiene, and production processes.
Drive daily targets and promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Despatch teams.
Requirements:
2 years+ Supervisory experience in food manufacturing. (Essential)
High attention to detail and commitment to food safety. (Essential)
Desirable:
Lean/Continuous improvement experience, IOSH qualification
Hours: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
