As the Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding support to the sales team while ensuring a smooth experience for customers. You will serve as an essential connection between the sales department and customers, aiding with enquiries, processing orders, and keeping precise records. Respond to enquiries from wholesale, trade and retail customers and provide product information via phone, email, and in-person Generating quotes, advising of lead times. Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. Monitor customer accounts for potential sales opportunities and maximize revenue by building strong, long-lasting relationships Processing orders to a high level of accuracy Communicating with sales reps on a consistent basis Provide up to date product information to customers The Person At least 1 year Previous experience in sales administration support / account management is essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
